JUSTIN WINEBURGH
Clay Sears is a Philadelphia native and an accomplished Guitarist, Producer, Programmer and Engineer, having performed with some of the biggest names in the music industry such as Jay Z, Rihanna, John Mayer, Queen Latifah, Melissa Etheridge, Nicki Minaj, Demi Lovato, Lauryn Hill, Jill Scott and more.
Sears is currently Bandleader and Guitarist for the premier event band, American Deluxe Band which was launched in 2014 and has been performing at major Philadelphia events hosted by Philadelphia Magazine, Garces Events and more. Sears can also be seen performing at Luxe Studio which opened it's doors in 2015 and hosts private parties, music lessons and studio recordings. Justin B. Wineburgh is Chair of Media, Entertainment and Sports Law Practice at Cozen O'Connor. He has years of experience counseling clients and litigating cases in the media and entertainment industry throughout the United States and abroad.
Justin’s clients consist of film and television writers, distributors, production companies, websites and performing artists, as well as retailers, advertising and marketing agencies, managers, agents, athletes, and professional sports team owners and operators. Justin has represented private, public, domestic, and international corporations in all phases of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. He is recognized as an authority on business and legal matters affecting the media, entertainment, and sports industries and is frequently featured, interviewed and cited in newspapers, trade journals, and industry publications. Furthermore, Justin has appeared on Fox, ABC and CBS news, and authored articles which have appeared in publications including Entertainment Law & Finance, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and several law review journals. As a result of his many years of experience, Justin is frequently sought out to lecture throughout the world on issues affecting the entertainment industry.
Justin is also an accomplished violinist and tuba player, having performed at Lincoln Center in New York and the Philadelphia Academy of Music.

MICHAEL SILVER
Michael Silver has been in the entertainment industry for 25 years. First as a signed musician, releasing three albums and touring internationally, and subsequently as co-owner of Bingo Records and co-founder and partner in the law firm of Cohen & Silver, LLC.
Cohen & Silver clients have been involved in all facets of the entertainment industry. Music industry clients include members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Songwriter’s Hall of Fame, and Grammy Award winners. Other clients include legacy publishing catalogs, record labels, producers, recording studios, songwriters, studio musicians, touring agencies, and some of the hottest young and upcoming artists making music today.
More recently, Cohen & Silver has represented some of the most famous social media stars in the world, including internationally known figures from YouTube, Vine, Instagram, etc. Current clients have a combined YouTube Subscriber base of over 30 million and combined video views of almost 10 billion. Many of these stars have branched out into more traditional media and several clients have recently launched TV shows based on their social media stardom.
Other clients include successful and award winning authors, production companies, screenwriters, graphic artists, actors, models, managers and management companies, as well as more traditional business clients, running the gamut from start-ups to public companies.

Formed specifically to perform at Law Rocks Philadelphia 2015, Cramdown is made up of staff from PLA and CLS, two Philadelphia non-profit organizations that provide free legal assistance in civil matters to people who cannot afford an attorney. The members of Cramdown are passionate about civil justice, passionate about 80s rock, and are excited to be able to use the latter to fundraise for the former.
